Payroll Operation MVD Advisor LATAM - Fixed Term Position for 7 months

Here is how this role will be critical to our business: 

Role Purpose 

Guarantee timely and accurately payroll payments are made in agreement with Syngenta´s standards and Policies. 

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for ensuring the monthly payroll process Manage payments to suppliers and government entities Respond and resolve customer cases related to Human Resources processes Be responsible for covering the processes of other people absent in the team Participate in problem solving procedures and follow established processes Continuous improvement in processes and service. Comply with Syngenta's standards, procedures and policies, as well as with Compliance requirements. Update and maintain various systems / tools as per standard process documentation Archive, save and manage documents (paper and electronic) using specific standards Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned Provide customer satisfaction through accurate delivery and demonstration of ownership Responsible for complying with service metrics (KPI, SLA, OLA) Support any audit process and provide the required information

Accounting, Administration, or HR professionals Fluent Level of Spanish and English Solid knowledge of Payroll (this is a must) Accounting skills Execution and Results orientation Focus on customers mindset Teamworking abilities 

Preferred 

Local Payroll country (from LATAM) legal and regulatory requirements knowledge Compensation and benefits operation knowledge
