Payroll Partner - on-site

As a Payroll Partner, you will play an important role in ensuring that our German payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

What you’ll be doing in this position:

Manage end-to-end payroll operations with support from Senior Payroll Specialists for three German entities Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues via our Ticketing system Partner with internal teams, including Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Accounting, to ensure correct payroll data is received and maintained Ensure compliance with German payroll laws and regulations and support the Global Payroll team in this effort Communicate with external providers, such as health insurances and our pension provider, to ensure timely and accurate information exchange

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

Excellent proficiency in German and English Great communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience (2-3 years) working with payroll systems, operations, and processes Understanding of German payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements Experience with HRIS tools  Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex situations  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
