Payroll Processor

We are looking for high volume payroll processors!
Under general supervision, the Certified Payroll Processor will be responsible for performing all activities necessary to assist in the processing of one or more payrolls.
General Duties
· Maintaining related records, filing payroll reports, processing involuntary deductions, preparing accounting transactions, documenting, and updating procedures.
· Responsible for maintaining updated backup files, performing compliance audits, troubleshooting payroll issues, and keeping current with union Master Labor Agreements, rates, and California and Federal labor laws.
· Collect, review, and submit certified payroll reports through LCP Tracker and DIR.
· Submitting labor compliance documents to owners/agencies as required by project specifications, preparing certified payroll and related documents for all projects, and meeting weekly and monthly processing deadlines in payroll.
· Provide impeccable overall customer service, answer all employee, and field inquiries in an informed and courteous manner, and coordinate daily activities with Lead or Supervisor to assist department management.
Skills Required
· JD Edwards or similar software experience.
· Certified Payroll experience
· Filing payroll reports
· Compliance Audits

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in French Camp, California.
