You'll create an impact by • Payroll Processing: Includes creating new hire profiles, data entry, leave reconciliation, calculating final payments for separations, and supporting month/quarter/year-end activities.• Data Management & Integrity: Covers maintaining employee records, auditing data against contracts, ensuring data quality across systems, and managing superannuation data (portal entry, reconciliation, and payments).• Employee Support: Involves advising employees on HR system updates, answering queries via shared mailbox and casework tools, and general liaison with employees, managers, and team assistants.• Reporting & Compliance: Includes reporting exits and job changes to immigration, ad-hoc reporting, and supporting shadow payroll processing.• Reconciliation: Encompasses payroll reconciliation for various months and activities.• General Administration: Provides general administrative support to the payroll manager.
You excel in• Japanese Payroll Expertise: Proficient in Japanese language and company-specific payroll configurations and analyses, especially for complex scenarios like mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.• Payroll Processing & Reporting: Manages payroll information flow within the team, prepares and distributes payroll reports for clients and management, and reconciles payroll accounts.• Systems Integration: Interfaces with P&O IT to ensure proper communication and implementation of integration requirements.• Client & Employee Support: Responds to payroll and administration inquiries from clients and employees.• Compliance & Legal Processing: Processes garnishment orders, withholding orders, and facilitates payments to relevant agencies.
