The opportunity

 

We are currently seeking for Payroll professionals to support our Tax team and help our clients in payroll outsourcing projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. You will also keep informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations.

Your key responsibilities

 

Data input & processing in payroll software; data export and testing for accuracy, completeness and reasonability compared to data input Administration of payroll process and preparation of monthly payroll Responsible for monthly social security obligations and submissions of analytical periodical declarations Calculation of compensation package for resigned/dismissed employees Processing employees’ time and attendance information for working hours/sick leaves/leaves/overtime hours etc. Handling of public authorities’ tasks (Ergani platform, Sepenet, etc.) Handling of payroll-related inquiries, changes, and updates Communication with social security and labor authorities

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Excellent academic background, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration 1-3 years of experience in process payroll calculations Experience as user of SCAN HRMS (ideally) Knowledge of labor and social security legislation Knowledge and experience to the information system of the Hellenic Ministry of labor (ERGANI) Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English Experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

 

Working Location: Athens (hybrid)
