The Payroll Representative I performs payroll-related functions, including processing and review of automated timekeeping systems and payroll reports for our customers based in the LATAM region.

- Customer Experience
o Making Global Payroll efficient and effective
o Being positive, confident, empathetic, and respectful
o Responding promptly with payroll queries and analysis

- Ensure a quality product is delivered by the platform by:
o Reviewing the system processes to ensure alignment of intent and outcome
o Revert to customers where they need training on the platform
o Reviewing the entire customer experience & process cyclically
o Providing platform & partner feedback for continuous improvement

- Embody a Oneteam attitude by supporting other functions

Qualifications
- Post-graduate, in a data orientated environment. 2 or 3 year’ experience would be an advantage.
- Wants to work in a data driven organization
- Looks for opportunities to leverage information for organizational gain
- Is an analytical thinker & can add knowledge, solutions and ideas
- Is keen to grow, learn and develop in a challenging hypergrowth organization
