About the role
Our Payroll Simplification team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department and focuses on delivering HR services including Payroll & Benefits Administration in collaboration with Time 2 Pay (T2P) project global team. As a Payroll Simplification Project Specialist, you will work on evolving the future of Payroll and Time for Solvay Group, simplification and continuous improvement to support the journey of changing the global landscape of both Time Management & Payroll solutions. You will get the opportunity to deliver essential parts of the T2P Project on time & budget and have a positive impact on Solvay Group. You will be accountable for: Ensuring key milestones of the T2P project are met, and facilitating and driving simplification workshops Identify, measure & analyze opportunities for simplification in the way payroll & time activities are performed, deep diving into the current state (‘As-Is’) and challenging the status quo to simplify processes in alignment with global standards Design and pilot solutions with a hands-on approach, minimizing the impact on existing teams Deploy solutions for documentation, training, RACI & governance, by also ensuring change and necessary communication link to the project in partnership with the HR Communication Officer & HR Partner Follow-up on and ensure the correct application of the toolbox and methodology in each part of the project, while also supporting solutions stabilization (troubleshooting, monitoring) Contribute to the globalization of Time & Payroll activities We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration. Relevant work experience of 2 to 5 years in Payroll Projects or similar. Competencies: SAP HR knowledge Payroll knowledge & experience in multiple countries is a plus Project experience could be consulting experience Fluent English (written and spoken) Continuous Improvement methodologies Behaviors: Continuous Improvement mindset Adaptability Ownership
About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 32,480 EUR to 44,500 EUR (Annual Base Salary), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
