Johnson Service Group (JSG) is looking for a Payroll Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience. JSG is a direct vendor with the employer for this FT, Contract, direct hire opportunity with one of the world’s most renowned and leading North American companies in Waterloo, ON.

·        Title: Payroll Specialist
·        Type: Full Time, Contract
·        Duration: 6-8 months
·        Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite + 2 days remote)
Requirements:
·        Ensure processing payments to Canadian/US employees.
·        Experience with ADP (ADP Global View)
·        Experience with Human Resources, Variable Compensation, and Finance.
·        Calculation of manual cheques when required.
·        Complete the Year-End Process and file all applicable tax year-end filings.
·        Identify and process taxable benefits.
·        SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a plus.
