Position Summary

1. Integrate different work processes operated by each business unit to contribute to standard HR operation.
2. Improve operation efficiency by providing and supporting HR services(recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, DM, L&D).

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Payroll and retirement payment] Manage basic payroll information through the payroll system, calculate payroll and retirement pay for employees in accordance with the laws and internal regulations, review the payment result.

(provide overall services in relation to payroll including calculation of pay, withholding tax, and insurances.)

2. [Creating statistics] Create and manage statistics from HR systems in order to help the decision making by the management.

3. [Payroll Data Audit and Verification] Work closely with regional HR, Country HR, Finance and external Payroll Vendor to ensure correctness of data, as well as with internal and external auditors, when needed

4. [Updating Documentation] Review Payroll processes, procedures, making changes while ensuring adequate controls are in place and followed. Ensure that all procedures are thoroughly documented and include proper checklists to ensure all essential process steps are followed

5. [Online training support] Manage the completion rate of online trainings and the operation of training courses.

6. [Continuous Improvement] Recommend improvements to the Payroll process, as well as standardization of current Payroll definitions across the region

Skills and Qualifications

• A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways

• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative

• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments

• May mentor or coach team members

• Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
