Description We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our team based in DALLAS, Texas. The role involves performing a range of duties linked to processing payroll, utilizing various accounting software systems, and handling related customer inquiries. The role is within the financial services industry and offers an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage full cycle payroll operations efficiently • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various payroll processes • Handle multiple roles and responsibilities within the team • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in payroll processes • Leverage various accounting software systems for payroll processing • Handle miscellaneous tasks in the office/breakroom (team player needed, make coffee etc) • Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll • Perform accounting functions as needed • Manage benefit functions related to payroll • Monitor and update customer credit records regularly. Requirements • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is necessary minimum 3+ years. • Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial. • Understanding of various Accounting Functions is essential. • Prior experience in Auditing is a must. • Ability to handle Benefit Functions is necessary.
