Description A Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing an organization's payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. The Payroll Specialist collaborates with HR and finance teams to handle employee data, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and reporting. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of payroll systems and laws are essential for success in this position. Requirements + Process and manage payroll for all employees, including calculating hours, wages, and deductions. + Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information. + Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company policies. + Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries. + Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and related reports. + Collaborate with HR and accounting departments on benefits and compensation matters.
