What You’ll Do: + Process payroll and all related transactions with precision + Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries + Support month-end and year-end closings, plus audit preparations + Maintain payroll/payables systems and stay updated on tax laws + Provide recommendations for process improvements + Assist with executive meetings and finance-related functions What You Bring to the Table: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) + 2+ years of payroll, payables, and reconciliation experience (AP/AR preferred) + Payroll system admin skills (Paylocity experience a plus!) + FCP or CCP certification?
