Your Role:

 

Ensure that payrolls are completed timely, efficiently, and accurately for US and Canada.

 

Deliver payroll in timely and accurate waysupporting exempt/salary and non-exempt/hourly payrolls in biweekly payroll environmentsupporting payrolls with shift differential pay, regular rate of pay, union populationsanswer questions related to payroll including tax and benefit deductionsmanually calculate gross to net pay to do appropriate research/root cause when issues ariseIncluding 401k deferrals (pre- and post-tax)Including non-qualified deferred compensationIncluding various benefit deductionsIncluding various tax deductionsworks closely with Benefits Administration, HR and other third-party vendors. responsible for addressing employee questions and concerns in a professional manner via email, case system, phone or via chat

 

 

Who you Are:

 

In-depth knowledge of US and Canada payroll, payroll tax and time and attendance rules and regulations3-5 years end to end payroll processing experience for mid to large sized companiesKnowledge related to W2/T4/RL1 and the data that should be included/mapped to those year-end formsStrong reconciliation skills using excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, basic pivot) requiredStrong organizational skills requiredAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to identify process improvements
