Payroll Specialist
Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) software under BEST ERP. Collaborate with district stakeholders, HR, IT, and finance teams to define payroll system requirements. Configure, test, and troubleshoot payroll processes within the new system. Conduct data migration, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Develop and deliver training materials for payroll staff and end-users. Serve as a liaison between the school district and software vendors to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and reporting requirements. Provide post-implementation support, including system enhancements and troubleshooting.
