Job Description

Responsibility

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & tax process (for CRG), 100% align both local and global compliance
- Closely work with vendor to coordinate local welfare movement and audit
- Partner with HRBPs, C&B leaders and HR1 team on benefits operation
- Drive vendor delivery per SLA and manage vendor performance through centralization & simplification
- Review as-is process, identify & lead improvement plan by implementing lean methodology, drive operation excellence
- Work with payroll leader to drive hub penetration

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree or an equivalent experience;
- Fluent in English both in written and oral;
- Independent worker with strong execution;
- Good change management, apt to work under pressure
- Passion on learning, clear thinker
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT;
