**Payroll Specialist**
**What is the Job about**
+ Apply specialist HR knowledge and technical/business insight. Work within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision.
**Your main responsibilities**
+ Manage the month payroll process for China, one manufactory site, but not limited
+ Accountable for local payroll and close collaboration with POC team/local country HR
+ Support payroll roadmap activities – ensure fit towards Grundfos design principles and business objectives.
+ Accountable for annual HR processes (STI/Merit/Tax settlement).
+ Ensuring that the Grundfos values are reflected/integrated in all management decisions and HR Plans in the area.
+ Support and coordinate the development of new global approaches initiated – deploy in own area.
**Your background**
+ Preferred a bachelor degree
+ Familiar with payroll process from other global company
+ Payroll knowledge does not limit in China, oversea payroll experience is huge welcome
+ English speaker
+ Possess payroll experience; experience working in a large global company is strongly preferred.
+ Most likely to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
+ Solid payroll and tax knowledge
+ Process driven
+ Strong collaborationwith key stakeholder
