Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare/NHS industry in Tacoma, Washington, 98415, United States. The role we are seeking is a Payroll Specialist who will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner • Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary • Handling various accounting functions related to payroll • Efficiently utilizing accounting software systems for various tasks • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian • Proficiency in using About Time and UKG Pro for various tasks • Working with the Servicenow Application for task management and tracking. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in the Healthcare industry. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems. • Familiarity with the 'About Time' software. • Competency in handling Accounting Functions. • Proficiency in using UKG Pro. • Knowledge and experience in using the Servicenow Application. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong numerical and data entry skills. • Ability to work in a team and independently. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • High level of integrity and confidentiality. • Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure. • Proven track record of effective problem-solving. • Experience in payroll processing and reporting. • Understanding of payroll regulations and requirements in the healthcare sector. • Availability to work permanent hours, including potential additional hours during peak payroll periods.
