Job Title: Payroll Specialist - APAC
Position Summary
Responsible for the collation of fixed and variable payroll data and the completion of Flexiforms for a number of legal entities in APAC. Tasks also include the timely distributions of payroll data to payroll services provider/s. Post commit duties include the distribution of reports, document storage for audit. This position offers the successful candidate multi-national payroll experience working for a leading Global company.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
· Able to follow APAC payroll processes or practices
· Assists the timely generation of legal entity payroll/s by receiving and collating payroll information and changes (as provided by HR / Finance / External Vendors)
· Accurate data entry into Payroll Vendor Flexiforms
· Timely distribution of Post Commit Reports to Finance
· Manage queries effectively from internal customers
· Save documents into company Sharepoint site
Qualifications
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
• Should have APAC Payroll processing (end to end) experience for countries like, but not limited to, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, India, etc.
• Minimum 1-4 years of Payroll processing experience required
• Strong PC, Payroll System, MS Excel skills
• Attention to Detail, Accurate Data Entry Skills
• Good Time Management
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
• Ability to interact effectively with peers and management (team player)
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
• Good continuous payroll experience required
• Global Payroll knowledge an advantage
• Experience of ADP Streamline or any other third-party payroll an advantage
