This position is being added to support the company's growing payroll operations and financial data management needs. The role will focus on critical payroll processing and reporting tasks while ensuring accurate and organized data management across multiple platforms.
The Impact you’ll makeCore Payroll Functions\nProcess regular payroll through the ADP system\nSubmit and track retirement calculations\nRun workers comp payroll reports\nMaintain accurate payroll records\nEnsure timely processing of all payroll items\nData Management & Organization\nExtract and organize data from Service Titan reports\nCreate and maintain organized spreadsheets\nCompile data from multiple sources\nGenerate accurate financial reports\nMaintain systematic digital filing\nSystem & Software Administration\nUtilize ADP for payroll processing\nWork with Service Titan reporting system\nManage Google Suite documents and spreadsheets\nSupport QuickBooks Online operations (if experienced)\nMaintain data accuracy across platforms\nDocumentation & Reporting\nOrganize and maintain payroll documentation\nCreate comprehensive reports as needed\nEnsure accurate record-keeping\nMaintain confidential information\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing or related financial data management\n1+ years experience with Excel and spreadsheet management\nProven experience with data compilation and reporting\nDemonstrated experience with Google Suite applications\nBackground in maintaining confidential financial information\nExperience working in a professional business environment\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
