The Payroll Analyst is a professional responsible for managing the payroll functions within an organization. Focus this payroll specialist will ensure accurate processing of payroll for employees.

Your Responsibilities:

Process and review payroll information for accuracy and completeness.Ensure accurate disbursement of employee salaries.Handle all aspects of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, overtime, and other special payments.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.Prepare and submit required payroll-related reports and filings.Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data.Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management.Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.Work with other departments to ensure accurate employee information.Use payroll systems to process payroll.Recommend and implement improvements to payroll processes.Communicate payroll-related information to employees.Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless processes.

You will have:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience as a Payroll Analyst with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.Proficiency in using payroll systems.Organizational skills.Experience with Mexico and Latin America payrollManaged a payroll of more than 300 employees.Experience in auditingExperience with payroll vendorExcel skillsProficiency in written and spoken English.Good process/project management knowledgeHolistically think about programs; anticipate impact of changes to end-users.Complete tasks and specified requirements.WorkdayTRESS
