Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Administer payroll using Workforce Now, including processing new hires, terminations, pay increases, bonuses, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Time and Attendance: Ensure accurate recording of employee hours, overtime, and time off using the Workforce Now system.
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintain knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Prepare regular payroll reports for management.
- System Management: Ensure the integrity of the Workforce Now payroll system by performing regular audits, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to payroll data entry and processing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Certification in Payroll (e.g., CPP - Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
- Experience with additional HRIS systems or accounting software.
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
- Experience with Workforce Now: Must have experience working with Workforce Now for payroll processing and time tracking.
- Experience with Smart Compliance and Reports in WFN
