RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and ensure timely and accurate processing of all compensation-related deliverables including timekeeping, payroll administration, incentives processing, allowance processing, etc. Regularly review and conduct comparative studies on the salary scales of all positions to ensure that the employees' compensation remains competitive Consolidate and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistent update of salary information and other historical records pertaining to compensation Ensure confidentiality of all compensation-related information and records Administer the HR payroll system and HR employee portal system and ensure regular, timely, and accurate updating of information pertaining to compensation Prepare and process all documents with payroll information Ensure the timely release of final pay of separated employees by overseeing the entire employee exit process (clearance processing, final pay computation, final pay processing) Assist on other HR activities as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of any four year course preferably Finance-related courses Must have at least 3 years of HR experience in the field of payroll or compensation and benefits Must have an experience in preparing salary studies Knowledge in the use of PeopleCore HR System is an advantage Must be organized and keen to details Must be a fast-learner and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment Must be resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic in his/her work
