**Overview**
BroadPath is hiring a **Payroll Support** to join our remote team and work from home. Our detail-oriented and passionate **Payroll Support** will be responsible for ensuring people get paid accurately and on time. If this is you, apply now and join us in making a difference!
**Responsibilities**
+ Process and validate payroll data with precision, directly impacting our employees' financial well-being
+ Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring every payment is accurate
+ Take ownership of payroll data integrity across our systems, including:
+ Processing time-sensitive payroll documents
+ Performing precise data entry with attention to detail
+ Creating and maintaining secure data backups
+ Managing multiple database systems simultaneously
+ Respond to employee payroll inquiries via phone, email, or chat
+ Educate employees on payroll policies and processes
+ Maintain records of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions
+ Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
**Qualifications**
+ At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
+ Minimum of 6 months of stable work history
+ 6 months of data entry experience
+ Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and comfortable with navigating CRM software and payroll systems
+ Ability to use web-based applications and data entry tools
+ Experience with multi-system toggling for efficient task handling
Preferred Experience:
+ Previous payroll administrative experience
