The GEET-Payroll Team is based in Bangalore and has a global support base, supporting the Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) sub-service line within the Tax vertical in EY. This is a centralized team of tool experts and coordinators who strive to provide consistent and quality service through extensive growth focus.
GEET-Payroll Objectives:
• Expand the capability of GPO transformation and growth.
• Centralized team supporting and building regional skills in:
• Global technology transformations
• Service delivery quality and efficiency
• Database management platform and workflow
• Payroll operate technology support
• Facilitating tools & technology platform implementations.
• Providing global project/program management support.
Job purpose:
• Working on entity and user onboarding requests on the EY Payroll portal for external clients.
• Working on various functional support requests on the payroll tool.
• Working on the admin module of the payroll tools for client-specific customizations as needed.
• Working with the IT teams in testing and deployment of new releases of the payroll tool.
• Managing relationships with countries and regional contacts, as well as geographically diverse service centers.
• Building good knowledge of internal business processes and offering guidance to drive efficiencies.
• Meeting delivery deadlines and clearly communicating expectations.
