Responsibilities: * Serves as the first escalation point for payroll inquiries, leading testing for special payrolls and implementing audits and controls * The Payroll Systems Analyst supports tax reporting, year-end W-2 processing, and multi-worksite reporting * Tests and implements updates and upgrades, ensuring system integration and compliance; Assists in change management, documentation, and training * Develops payroll program specifications and reports; Manages change requests for payroll and time & labor enhancements * Leads process improvement projects, vendor collaborations, and year-end planning * Investigates complex payroll and time & labor issues, runs test payrolls, and recommends resolutions * Maintains and tests time & labor systems, ensuring compliance and supporting integrations * The Payroll Systems Analyst updates payroll configurations, ensuring accurate setup for deductions, taxes, and earnings * Creates and updates payroll process documentation, reviews system requirements, and conducts training
