Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Payroll Tax and Compliance Analyst, this role will be responsible for adherence and documentation of the global payroll tax and compliance processes, expatriate payroll, vendor management, change management for payroll systems configurations, leveraging industry best practices and functional tax/compliance knowledge to execute and implement continuous improvements.

Essential Functions:

Manage US Quarter/Year End regulatory tax and payroll data filing.Administering global payroll tax actives.Collaborating with tax consultants for expatriate Payroll.Design and document efficient and compliant payroll processes.Coordinate with (internal and external) auditors for payroll.Vendor relationships.Collaboration with HR, Finance, and other Key stakeholders.Testing and Implementing System Updates for tax and compliance changes.Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's with 4 years prior payroll tax experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior payroll tax experience or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related payroll tax experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related payroll tax experience.Minimum 1 year of experience supporting large scale US payroll operations; multi-state, multi-employer and multi-local.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Preferred certifications include CPP (Certified Payroll Professional), FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification).Experience with Tax filings, W2 Filings.Experience with PeopleSoft.Experience with ADP Smart Compliance.Strong analytical skills in payroll tax and compliance.Strong Microsoft Excel and Word Skills.Global payroll experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Washington State and New York State is $58,500 - $108,500. For California, Seattle and New York City, the salary range for this role is $67,500 - $125,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
