**Primary Duties And Responsibilities:** + Completes and remits new account registration forms to taxing jurisdictions. + Handles escalated tax tracers and communicates with taxing authorities to resolve account issues. + Follows up on newly applied for state accounts and updates Third Party vendors of new account information SUI rates, etc. + Audits Tax accounts for activity and coordinates with Payroll Tax Coordinator to close any inactive accounts. + Coordinate with Corporate Tax Department when opening new local and state tax accounts. + Communicates with Cencora partners and external parties regarding tax or payroll issues. + Assists in updating tax accounts related to mergers, consolidations, and divestitures. + Assists in filing tax returns and amendments that cannot be filed by third party vendor. + Performs related duties and projects as assigned. **Experience And Educational Requirements:** + Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
