Job DescriptionTo direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
Answer console.
Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.
Assist all guests and associates.
Wake-up calls.
Place and follow up on Synergy orders
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
And any other pertinent task assigned by management
Tools and Equipment:
Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printer
file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine
Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.
QualificationsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role. Excellent customer service and communication skills.Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills.Must have strong computer skills required, specific experience with hospitality specific computer programs preferred Ability to sit for majority of 8-10 hour shift
