PC Administrator

We are seeking for a PC Administrator who will accomplish the following:

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support local lab sites within the Overland Park, KS areaSupport, Install, and configure hardware/software for desktop supportTroubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardwareRespond to all customer inquiries within in a timely mannerPlace orders for IT related hardware and complete asset management once received.Meet with vendors for installation questions and directions onsite. Examples: Data cabling, Instrument Vendors, Ricoh VendorsAssist as smart hands for IT hardware installations and validations all is working as expectedManage tickets for Issues and projects in ServiceNow

 

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of Windows 11 desktop support (onsite and remote)Must be able to lift IT hardware up to 50lbsLicense/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.

Pay Range: $49,000 - $88,000 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
