We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to lead work across Intelligent Controls and Automation Engineer (PC&IS) and Process Engineering. In this role, you will split your time between intelligent

controls and automation engineering activities and process engineering responsibilities. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, digitalization, and automation while also optimizing existing processes and

developing new ones. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both technological advancements and process optimization within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Intelligent Controls and Automation Engineering:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of intelligent control systems for production equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation challenges and drive solutions aligned with our "Factory of the Future" vision.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital manufacturing trends, and industry 4.0 advancements to drive continuous improvement in automation systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring smooth operation of production equipment.

• Provide technical expertise in areas such as sensors, motors, PLCs, machine vision, networking, and programming).

• Collaborate with global engineering organizations and production sites to share best practices and drive standardization.

Process Engineering:

• Optimize existing processes for improved efficiency, quality, and productivity.

• Conduct data analysis and utilize process control methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process optimization initiatives.

• Drive the development and scale-up of new processes, collaborating with R&D teams.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Lead process troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support to resolve process-related issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process documentation and training materials.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• BS/MS degree in Engineering. Preferred: Electrical or Systems. We may consider other engineer degrees if you have relevant engineering work experience.

• Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills

• An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations

PREFERRED:

• Experience with Industrial PLC, especially with Rockwell Control Logix platforms

• Experience with computer and industrial networks.
