Establish, confirms, manages and controls all production control systems and procedure within the department, and oversee the over-all operation & activities. Confirms and oversee budget plan making every half fiscal year and production planning activities within the organization. Establishes budget control to manage waste and to reduce production cost. Improves and ensures compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) to prevent occurrence of Chip/Taping planning issues/problem and human error.
