You will **troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance systems** , supporting both on-site and off-network environments. Your expertise in **Windows administration, network connectivity, and compliance activities** will help maintain high performance and security in an aerospace setting. **What You’ll Do** + Provide **technical support for PCs** , including installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair. + Connect **clients, servers, and terminals** to existing data networks. + Assist InfoSec with **DFARS and CMMC compliance** responsibilities. + Maintain, troubleshoot, and remediate **vulnerabilities in off-network and lab environments** . + Support **server applications and Windows systems management** . + Perform **root cause analysis for complex IT issues** and provide long-term solutions. + Work with software vendors to support **third-party applications** . + Create **detailed technical documentation and network diagrams** . + Provide **advanced hardware and software support** , going beyond standard Tier 1/2 helpdesk support. + Monitor **ticket queues** to ensure service levels are met. + Support **manufacturing IT hardware and software** in a high-demand environment. + Independently troubleshoot and **escalate issues** when necessary. + Deliver **exceptional customer service** , maintaining professionalism in challenging situations. **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications** + Experience supporting **end-user devices, Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals** in an enterprise environment with more than 500 devices. + Strong troubleshooting abilities in **Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite** . + Understanding of **networking principles** , including the OSI model. + Experience configuring and managing **user and computer accounts in Active Directory** . + Ability to **lift equipment up to 40 pounds** . + Strong **time management skills** and ability to prioritize mission-critical tasks. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
