Reporting to the Insurance Consulting and Technology Country Leader, the Property & Casualty Sales and Practice Leader is responsible for the Insurance Consulting and Technology - Property & Casualty (PC) practice in Turkey. This includes overseeing PC projects, driving the PC sales strategy, and leading related activities in the region. The role involves developing, communicating, and executing an effective sales strategy, while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and maintaining a strong leadership presence in the marketplace.
The Role
Assess marketplace for commercial opportunities and develop sales strategy to grow revenue, profit, capability and brand value, working with Divisional Sales and Practice Leaders as well as the Global and Regional Product Leaders Execute on sales strategy, working with Country LOB Leader, Global and Regional Product Leaders, and Divisional Sales and Practice Leaders, as appropriate Oversee sales management for clients and prospects, including pipeline management Develop talent, including attracting and developing top performing team with strong capability Play visible external role in marketplace through direct client/prospect and broad industry contact Deliver superior, consistent project management for assigned projects and providing project oversight for all local projects in Turkey. Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues Perform technical and peer reviews of work products Encourage and support a collaborative and inclusive working culture within the team and across clients. Pro-actively support the wellbeing of your teams, and actively encourage behaviours in others that promote wellbeing Help the organisation of WTW events in Turkey and elsewhereThe Requirements
Demonstrated sales and leadership skills including the motivation and development of teamsA track record in understanding client issues and creating new solutions to meet their needsStrong ability to interact with clients including those who operate across multiple jurisdictionsA proven track record of defining and driving the delivery of large, complex client projects and salesDemonstrated the suite of skills to manage a complex business within defined targets and parametersFinancial acumen to deliver on revenue growth and operating margin targets.Ability to work effectively across consulting and technology teams for the best client and ICT outcomes.Champion and drive the delivery of high-quality work in compliance with Excellence frameworkThis role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
