**Amentum** is looking for a **PC Systems Manager** to join our team in Andros Island, Bahamas. In this position you will act as both a highly technical, and customer service focused manager over several technicians for the AUTEC PC Systems team. You will act as our PC Support Leader and tackle normal PC support issues as well as taking ownership for any PC related issue and ensuring the department standards and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will also design and implement systems based on analysis of customer requirements and maintain a good working relationship with that customer. The **PC Systems Manager** is also responsible for the cybersecurity and protection of all assets and will be the primary point of contact to the Information Assurance group. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.** **Please note this is for a future requirement coming available within the next couple of months.** **Principal Responsibilities:** + Provide Level II/III PC technical support and assisting with lower level support, as needed. + Implement security-related updates and patches on classified and unclassified systems. + Monitor the helpdesk ticket queue and provide assistance to customers. + Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS platform, PC hardware, and PC applications and peripherals. + Re-image or otherwise deploy PCs as needed. + Install, configure, and repair network printers and Multi-Function Devices. + Manage shipping and receiving of computer hardware to/from detachments and other locations. + Manage Property Control of government equipment (tagging, management, and disposal) + Provide solutions for new software/hardware requirements. + Design and implementation of systems based on customer requirements. + Create and update Helpdesk knowledgebase documentation. + Develop user training and instructional materials as needed. + Maintain membership in the DoD CyberSecurity Workforce, which requires no less than 20 applicable continuous learning credit hours per year. + Must maintain appropriate certifications at all times. + Provide regular updates to management. + Track and report progress on PC Systems projects. + Keep pace with advancements in computer technology. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements:** + At least five (5) years of experience in enterprise PC support for 500 or more computers. + BS/BA in an associated discipline. Eight (8) years of experience in related field may be substituted for the degree. + Windows 11 MD-102 Equivalent Certification. + Security+ CE certification or comparable DoD 8570 certification. + Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016+. + Ability to prioritize, schedule, and coordinate, and track a variety of activities and projects. + Technical writing skills for writing and reviewing policies and procedures. + Strong customer service, troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge. + Proficient with Enterprise Microsoft Windows installations. + Working knowledge and understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. + Working knowledge of client/server architecture. + Working knowledge of a helpdesk ticket system. + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. + Work both independently and cooperatively within a cohesive group. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + **Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.** + **A valid US Passport and Driver’s License is required.** + **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
