Kforce is seeking a skilled PC Technician to assist with a large-scale laptop refresh project for our client, with the position being onsite Monday - Friday in Fort Worth, TX. This individual will be responsible for supporting end-users as they transition to new laptops, ensuring smooth deployment, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: * PC Technician will assist in the deployment of 2,000 laptops across 50 locations * Provide hands-on support to users, ensuring successful login and setup of their new laptops * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed * Maintain accurate records of deployments, user issues, and resolutions * Follow standardized procedures for imaging, configuration, and deployment * As a PC Technician, you will collaborate with IT teams to ensure minimal disruption to business operations * Provide basic user training on accessing and using new devices effectively * Ensure all equipment is accounted for and properly documented
