Description This client is looking to add another PC Technician contractor. This PC Technician will be at the associate - or tier one - level. We would like to have an additional person to assist with hardware deployment work. This client is looking for a pc technician to help with level one support issues from their internal users. This will consist of supporting the user over the phone, via email and remotely. They will also manage the walk up desk. Though this candidate can support all different types off issues, many of the issues revolve around password resets, gaining access to applications, printer set up, and email issues. This is a Windows 10 environment and PC's and laptops are Dell . Candidate may be involved in some computer builds. We are looking for someone with an associates degree and 0-3 years of experience. an Internship or has worked at best buy has always worked out well in the past. Customer service experience would also be great. If this person had experience in hardware deployments that would also be helpful.
