The Role
Please note this role is based in London.
We are looking for an energetic, proactive person who is capable of working on their own initiative, to join WTW as a consultant in our general insurance practice, to help coordinate activity with our key software clients. You will work with both consulting and software teams to help deliver value to our software clients.
In your role you will be working with a broad set of UK clients by:
Helping to manage a number of key client accounts Analysing software clients and their use of WTW software Coordinating interaction between clients and the various parts of WTW Dealing with clients on a regular basis to help them gain most value from WTW software Building UK market knowledge from external and internal sources and using this knowledge to develop solutions to our clients, in collaboration with various teams from across ICT
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Clients
To help drive greater penetration and use of WTW software in the UK client base To build a profile, internally and externally, as a representative and advocate of WTW’s technology solutions Coordinate WTW interaction with key software clients, working with consultancy and technology teams to help clients get best value from their WTW software Work collaboratively with a range of WTW stakeholders across a portfolio of projects and internal responsibilities, managing priorities appropriately Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, high quality assistance Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions to increase knowledge of the full breadth of ICT’s offering to P&C clients Demonstrate commitment to Willis Towers Watson professional standards in managing project delivery and in communications with clients
