12 HOUR SHIFTS(8AM TO 8PM AND ALTERNATING WEEKENDS) DAYS THROUGH THE WEEK WILL CHANGE BASED ON WEEKEND..

Looking for someone to monitor residents when they go out to smoke.  These aide's primary duty is to monitor smoking to ensure resident safety and facility compliance, the residents are not allowed to be left unattended.  

REQUIRMENTS LOOKING FOR: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to make independent decisions and work without direct supervision.  Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government personnel, and the public.  Would like to have someone with LTC experience and/or experience with residents in a healthcare setting. Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and applications.  Excellent customer service focus.
