Job Description

And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Your responsibilitiesEnsure materials are manufactured on time to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels at subassembly area.Review and plans requirements for manufactured materials. May prepare material requirement plans using enterprise resource planning systems. May help establish and maintain the production control system. Oversee activities for planning.Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Ensure plant production plans and priorities according to requirements to fulfill customer needs.Ensure and provide communication with our partners and customers about production status.Monitor the creation, release, pulled in, push out and follow up production orders.Analyze and determine root causes for missed on time shipments and implement actions to improve service performance.Calculate and communicate absorption goals to the plant and provide monthly forecast to plant manager and plant staff.Present service results to director and management team.You will haveBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or relevant field required.Minimum 2 years direct related experience.Demonstrated understanding of MRP, inventory, and production principles.SAP/ERP experienceTeam leader/contributor, comfortable in leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams.Negotiation skills.Analytical, demonstrated problem solving and project management skillsProactive, team workHave well-rounded knowledge in supply chain, materials planning.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to multiple levels.Proficient in dealing with language and cultural barriers.What we offer:Savings Fund doubled by usFood couponsSubsidized cafeteriaTransportation servicesComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to CalmVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employeesEmployee Assistance ProgramPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack programOn-demand digital course library for professional developmentRetirement benefitsLife InsuranceYou will report to Production and Inventory Control Manager.At Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
