Join our dynamic Sales team at Nexans in Eastern countries, where we play a crucial role in the energy transition. Our department focuses on development of sales, supporting Nexans' mission to drive electrification and innovation. We're currently expanding our team to enhance our capabilities and continue delivering exceptional products and services to our global customers.

GETTING A FLYING START

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop sales strategy with the goal of market penetration and market share increase, optimizing financial performance, support business objectives and drive sales operational excellence in the perimeter  of South East Asia, Japan and China.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Operational Excellence: You will present, adjust, validate offers and negotiate on a daily basis to get the order to contract in respect of pricing policy, local legislations and rules from existing frames of contract including distributors and agent contacts. Take Responsibility: support sales activities by comforting relationship with major accounts and anticipate future strategic contracts by developing pre-sale activities and relationship with decision makers. Global Team Player: Report to marketing on customer visits, market, competition and innovation. Manage interfaces with plants to organize after-sales activities and with sales front office to support their activities. Customer and market focus: Prepare right offer to address customer needs and achieve sales objectives according to sales action plan.

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

Educational Background: Engineering degree or technician in engineering with over 5 years of experience. Industry Experience: Proven sales experience in electrification products. Sales Skills: technical and pricing skills, sales behaviour skills, negotiation and contracting skills. Customer relationship and business development. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
