**Job Title: PCB Assembler** **Job Description** As a PCB Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling subassemblies using a soldering iron, standard and special crimping tools, and other hand-held tools. You will work under average supervision, read drawings, and perform mechanical assembly tasks. Additionally, you will prepare systems for shipment and adhere to all company ISO 9001 procedures and standards. **Responsibilities** + Assemble subassemblies using soldering iron, standard and special crimping tools, and other hand-held tools. + Read and interpret drawings for mechanical assembly. + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to build and assemble components. + Prepare systems for shipment. + Have knowledge of symbols used to designate electronic components. + Adhere to all company ISO 9001 procedures and standards. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with soldering and electronic assembly. + Ability to read schematics and follow drawings. + Familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology). + Proficiency in using crimping tools and hand tools. + Experience with electrical assembly and wire harnessing. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to build and assemble components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5 years of experience building subassemblies. + Ability to read color codes with a mechanical aptitude. + Experience with hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-owned company where you will not just be a number and can expect one-on-one time with leaders and executives.
