Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCB Assembler to join our team on the swing shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electronic assembly operations, with a keen attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.

ResponsibilitiesPerform box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions.Conduct mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques.Execute electronic assembly operations such as installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or other electronic components.Set up and use tools and equipment in the Box Build area.Escalate quality issues to the team leader.Maintain 5S and discipline in the working area.Adhere to ISO 9001 and IPC-610 standards.Essential SkillsProficiency in soldering, assembly, SMT, PCB, and blueprint reading.Experience with circuit board and box build assembly.Ability to read blueprints and perform cabling and surface mount PCB assembly.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.Ability to work autonomously.Strong sense of responsibility.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
