**Hiring 6 PCB Box Build Operators in Milpitas, paying up to $25/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled PCB Box Build Operators to perform box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electronic assembly operations, including the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques. + Carry out electronic assembly operations, such as the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or other electronic components. + Set up and use tools and equipment in the box build area. + Escalate any quality issues to the leader. + Maintain 5S and discipline in the working area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, PCB assembly, and box build operations. + Proficiency in cable assembly and blue print reading. + Knowledge of IPC-610 standards and ISO 9001. + Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail. + Autonomy. + Sense of responsibility. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where teamwork and flexibility are highly valued.
