PCB Rework Repair Specialist - 2nd Shift Location: Oldsmar, FL Job ID: #70429 Pay Range: $28-32 Job Description: Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. + Soldering/desoldering fine-pitch components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) + Soldering surface mount components to PCBs + Repair damaged traces on PCBs + Repair damaged through-hole pads on PCBs + Repair damaged surface mount pads on PCBs + Repair damaged internal circuitry on PCBs + Replace damaged gold contacts + Remove and replace through-hole components + Remove and replace surface mount components + Hot Gas surface mount component rework for BGA (Ball Grid Array) Devices Qualities of a Successful Candidate + 5 years of experience in a similar role + IPC certification + Strong organizational skills + Ability to use a computer + Written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work with cross functional team members Job Qualifications: + IPC certification + HS Diploma or GED + US Citizen Benefits provided: + 401K + Medical, dental, and vision + Sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
