In this critical role, you will be hands-on with the assembly and coating of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). This is your chance to make a tangible difference while expanding your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Assemble & Solder:** Perform manual and automated PCB assembly, including hand soldering and surface-mount technology (SMT) processing. **Post-Wave Soldering:** Inspect and rework PCBs according to IPC-A-610 standards. **Machine Operation:** Set up, operate, and maintain automated assembly and test equipment. **Coating & Inspection:** Apply conformal coatings (spray, dip, brush) and inspect finished products for defects. **Troubleshooting:** Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues, improving manufacturing processes. **Maintenance & Calibration:** Ensure that machines and tools are set up correctly and calibrated for optimal performance. **Qualifications:** Required: + Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and coating. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work well within a team and independently with minimal supervision. Preferred: + Knowledge of conformal coating materials (acrylic, urethane, silicone, parylene). + Certifications in soldering, PCB assembly, or conformal coating (a plus but not required). + Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing. **Ready to Apply?
