Description + Repairs and assembly of boards + Read and interpret schematics and understand functionality + Based on schematics and functional need, select right components for the PCB assembly + Perform assembly of components to the PCB board for new and existing products + Perform repair of PCB board with selected components, including removal of non-functional components + Provide suggestions to the team on improvement of PCB design + Provide suggestions on improving the PCB assembly process, testing and validation, if applicable + Work with the team to prioritize projects needs and complete in a timely manner Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
