PCB Test Technician

Summary: Seeking a PCB Test Technician for troubleshooting and testing of PCBA systems using diagnostic tools and electronic test equipment.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in a technical field with 2-3 years related experience or minimum of 5 years as technician. Experience in testing and troubleshooting PCBA's to the component level. Understanding of basic electronic theory, schematics, assembly drawings, and build documents. Knowledge of electronic components such as voltage regulators, A/D's, FET's, DSP's, memories, and FPGA's. Ability to troubleshoot, rework, and repair surface mount assemblies to the component level. IPC J-STD-001 solder certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with JTag/Boundary Scan test and debug methodology. Familiarity with National Instruments test solutions. Understanding of video processing and imaging electronics.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot system and PCBA issues to the component level. Use diagnostic tools like LabVIEW and JTAG tests for testing and troubleshooting. Operate high-speed oscilloscopes, DMM's, power supplies, and custom test fixtures during the test process.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
