Summary
Responsible for the overall clinical flow of tumor site teams within PCI. Works in conjunction with the Director and Supervisor to create efficiency, direct staff, support providers, and promote programs to support physician practices. Oversees and provides input on the clinical functions and flow of each tumor site. Responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare providers.
Education
Must have a BSN from accredited program. Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
Licensure/Certification
Active Indiana state RN License.
Experience
At least 5 years of nursing experience. Oncology preferred. Leadership preferred. Experience interacting with physicians and leadership is preferred.
