PCI Compliance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Manager to join our Affinity Markets team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet PCI compliance standards, working closely with operations and delivery teams. This role offers an exciting and fast-paced environment that values innovation and encourages new perspectives. As the PCI compliance manager, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, collaborating with key collaborators to enhance the client's digital payment experience.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for PCI compliance

Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and maintain a PCI control framework and procedures to achieve ongoing compliance certifications

Develop and maintain controls and procedures to align with PCI DSS requirements

Work with delivery teams to prioritize efforts and project manage work to remediate PCI gaps

Conduct regular internal risk assessments and audits in consultation with internal risk teams

Lead PCI compliance planning, education, training, and awareness

Ensure compliance with existing and emerging Payment Card Industry requirements

Stay informed about industry and PCI DSS changes and advise leadership on their impacts

Champion the adoption of standard processes for payment processing

Provide consulting and advice to internal teams on digital payment capabilities

Communicate PCI requirements in RFPs and contracts for projects involving credit card transactions and manage identified gaps

Act as a relationship manager with payment card vendors and service providers to ensure compliance and seamless integration of payment systems

Represent Manulife on the PCI Security Standards Council Member Directory

What we’re looking for

5-7 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services industry

PCIP Designation

Expertise in digital payments and PCI compliance

Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset. If the successful candidate is located in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Strong business insight and passion for technology

Decisive yet collaborative approach to decision-making

Proactive in inspiring change and prioritizing decisions based on overall impact

Comfortable working with virtual teams and occasional travel

Experience in vendor and contract management

Project management expertise

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of agile delivery models and use of tools such as JIRA, Scrum/Kanban, and user story-writing skills

Proven track record of conducting PCI assessments and delivering digital projects story-writing

Highly effective communicator with strong relationship leadership skills

Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Prior experience in digital payments and financial services

Salary range is expected to be between

$78,975.00 CAD - $142,155.00 CAD
