We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health - digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world.Job DescriptionJob Description:The Maternal & Infant Care (MIC) Modality Leader is responsible for the commercial success in MESA (Middle East & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).Managing portfolio’s profitability from top line to sales, margin & operating profit.Establish & Co-ordinate with EAGM HQ in rolling out initiatives, NPI launches & growth strategies in developing the segment.Ability to work closely with the channel partners in building, deploying & executing strategies, marketing programs, improving market visibility.Responsible for product positioning, based on market & product segmentation, understanding market/competitive dynamics, building value proposition with marketing support to drive differentiators.Build KOL relationship, develop strong promoters, manage customer relations & satisfaction. Expert go to person for MIC modality with channel partners.Owning funnel of opportunities, develop strategies for big deals. Accountable for accurate quarterly/yearly forecasting. Responsible for wing to wing of the P&L (Orders, Sales, Contribution Margin, Base Costs and Operating Margin.)Ability to work in a matrix organization, with cross functional teams and demonstrates a horizontal team player behavior. Continuously develop deep clinical and technical knowledge including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanisms.Qualifications/Requirements & Desired Characteristics:A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferredDeep experience in medical devices and solutions Sales and/or Clinical Marketing, ideally in the NICU and L&D marketExperienced in Sales / Marketing management positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers. Proven leadership of direct and indirect teamsStrong communication skills enabling the candidate to work effectively across different culturesSelf motivated, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.Direct and/or Indirect management experience; managing in a matrix organization.Strong track record in high technology product sales / solutionsAbility to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a solution oriented and customer-first attitude.Unrestricted ability to travel within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Middle East countriesAbility to communicate using English and Arabic languages.
